HOW TO RETURN / EXCHANGE

Yours & Owls is committed to customer satisfaction. Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds for change of mind. There will be no refund of the original postage and return post is at your expense.

If wishing to change colour or size we can offer exchange or online store credit.

We suggest using Registered post with tracking as Yours & Owls can take no responsibility for lost or missing returned orders.

In the event that goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, Yours & Owls will provide a refund, exchange or credit note to the value of the item (less postage). Sufficient evidence must be supplied.

No exchange or refund on sale items unless product is faulty.

Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition (with tags if applicable) may be exchanged upon presentation of your original invoice up to 7 days after receiving your order.

1. For all returns please email merch@yoursandowls.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to request your return authorisation number (RA)

2. Include in your email the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/ exchange

3. Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a RA number

4. Complete the returns & exchange form (included in your order & will be emailed to you)
